FirstTokenPermLookupInitializerImpl.initialize() supports
a pipe (|) delimited list of windowAnnotations class names.
However, getLookupWindowIterator() only returns a single class- I think we
should make getLookupWindowIterator() support a list as I think it was what it
was intended to do.
