ctakes-constituency-parser\scripts\groovy\parser.groovy should be updated when
we upgrade to OpenNLP 1.5.3 to remove:
@GrabResolver(name='opennlp.sf.net',
root='http://opennlp.sourceforge.net/maven2')
since those lines will no longer be necessary.
