Yeah, to try something simple with ctakes:
1) Download /Unpack the latest ctakes bin
2) Download the latest ctakes resources and merge/unpack into the resources
folder
3) Run: java -cp lib/*:desc/:resources/ -Dctakes.umlsuser=[REDACTED]
-Dctakes.umlspw=[REDACTED] -Dlog4j.configuration=file:config/log4j.xml -Xms512M
-Xmx3g org.apache.ctakes.clinicalpipeline.ClinicalPipelineFactory output.txt
We should provide an example that bypasses the UMLS license component. It's in
crakes-examples, but it's not in the distro... but in the mean, feel free to
request the free umls license for the testing?
