Is this ready for me to plug into a twitter pipeline then ? Can you summarize
the input/ expected outputs, so i can now test it without diving to deep into
the ctakes details (ill catch up on them again later, but for now , id like to
focus on plugging the whole architecture together and get a proof of concept
completed)
