Currently, there is a slew of manually maintained xml primitive as well as
aggregate xml descriptors. It would be nice if we can clean those up and have
defaults auto-generated by uimaFIT during build/test time.
Throwing out the idea:
1) JCasAnnotator base interface to force new Annotators to have a
.createAnnotationDescription()
2) Delete all current /desc/**/*.xml descriptors
3) Create a mechanism that will automatically create the primitive xml
descriptor. As well as the AggregateDefault one.
