it took about 20-30 secs on a windows machine initially... took 1-2 sec on my
mac. I thought it was hung initially.
may mislead initial user to think that it's "hung" waiting for annotators to
load. Maybe nice if it was a moving dot to let the user know it's working like
the dependency parser if not the warning message.
