The type SignSymptom is meant to represent a sign or symptom event. Most signs
have a corresponding measurement value (e.g. body weight, blood pressure,
temperature, etc). There is currently no feature slot for these measurements.
I would propose creating something like the LabValue type with at least
features for value and unit. Since these types are supposed to be lined up with
the CEM's it might be a good idea for this type to be PhysicalQuantity and line
up the features with the PQ type in the Intermountain CEM models.
