I am closing this issue. The latest version of dictionary-lookup-fast allows
any packaged or custom implementation of one or more Dictionary, and or
ConceptFactory to be instantiated via the cTakesHsql.xml (or equivalent) file.
The same goes for custom vs. packaged TermConsumer.
