Dmitriy Dligach resolved CTAKES-358.

Resolution: Fixed
I currently fixed this issue for "indicates" and "causes/brings_about"
relations. We are now creating IndicatesTextRelation(s) and
CausesBringsAboutTextRelation(s) for these relation types (instead of
BinaryTextRelation(s)). This issue may be affecting several other relation
types, so I will come back to it if it becomes necessary in the future.
