At this time, the fast dictionary provides for 6 cui to [other] database tables
in the jdbc capabilities: cui-tui, cui-preferredTerm, cui-snomedct, cui-rxnorm,
cui-icd9cm, cui-icd10pcs.
This should be flexible so that any table with cui-[other] mapping can be used,
for instance cui-wikipediaUri or cui-imageUri.
