You can use the dictionary creator gui currently in the ctakes-sandbox
repository. After you have the umls .rrf files, you are all set to create a
database for ctakes that contains whatever resources you select. Usage is
pretty straightforward. After you point ctakes to the created dictionary
configuration file codes from all of your chosen resources will be added to
your ctakes annotations.
