I am using cTAKES 3.2.2, JAVA 1.8 and IntelliJ Idea.
While running the CVD it is not able to connect to
https://uts-ws.nlm.nih.gov/restful/isValidUMLSUser
Error: Unknown host exception: uts-ws.nlm.nih.gov
In IntelliJ Idea there is option to set HTTP proxy only. However if I am
setting HTTPS proxy in idea64.vmoptions then also it is not working and
throwing the same error.
