Resolution: Won't Fix
I checked in r1788492 referencing this JIRA by mistake. this one was closed and
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CTAKES-417 is the one that is being used
to update to 1.7.2. I'll re-close this issue and put a comment in CTAKES-417
