CTAKES-417 - to update to opennlp 1.7.2 need to update to hsql 2.3.4 which
doesn't allow a double default to be specified with quotes around the value -
need to change default '0' to default 0. Presumably int also needs to be that
way, changed int default '0' to 0 too.
