Trust maven.
ctakes subproject poms should not have redundant dependency declarations. For
instance, chunker lists ctakes-core, ctakes-type-system, ctakes-utils, log4j,
opennlp-tools, opennlp-maxent, and junit.
ctakes-core declares all of these dependencies.
ctakes-chunker should only declare ctakes-core and any dependencies that are
not in ctakes-core : chunker-res and pos-tagger. This approach is cleaner and
easier to maintain.
