While creating 4.0 is still fresh in our minds, let's make a list of things
that can be improved in the Preparing a Release process and the documentation
for that.
Here's a start
- add "push/publish javadocs" to the Preparing a Release page (
https://ctakes.apache.org/ctakes-release-guide.html )
- write down the expectations and order of steps when the resources on
sourceforge (ctakesresources project) are to be updated, which include
-- updating pom files in apache svn
-- updating pom files in sourceforge
-- publishing maven artifacts
