Class {{main/java/org/apache/ctakes/coreference/eval/helpers/Test.java}} was
thought to be a UTest, but it was developed as a Main Class.
I have refactored it to use a logger and also fixed the concatenation and
assert, moved it to default maven folder: {{ctakes-coreference/src/test/..}}
