im trying to use the pipeline fabricator to create my own . i m trying to
create a pipeline that summarizes a paragraph. its not related to medicine,
so i dont want Snomed codes and other CDA related information. it should be
like summarizing basic english. is there such ready pipeline out there
similar to what i want?
well something like this website that selects key words (best words) and
the viewer can easily interpret the sentence objective from the words. is
there such a pipeline on ctakes that has similar approach. can take give
out a summary output file similar to what discussed?
