Sorry, it is not currently supported. But I think your needs can be achieved by customizing the router. In addition, I assume that Provider1 fails to process. How does Provider1 know which other Providers can handle this request? If you want to solve this problem on the P side, then any P needs to maintain the information of all other providers, which is unreasonable.
