This PR includes the following optimizations and improvements:
1. **Table Style Optimization**: Optimized the table display effects for
multiple pages including application list, service list, etc., to enhance user
experience
2. **Search Function Improvements**:
- Removed "prefix search" hint text from search boxes, now only supports
exact matching search
- Hidden initial sorting indicators for all list pages, including
application, instance, service, and traffic management related pages
3. **API Configuration Adjustment**: Changed the API baseURL from specific
mock address to relative path `/api/v1` for easier production deployment
4. **Internationalization Updates**: Updated related texts in both Chinese
and English internationalization files
5. **Error Handling Optimization**: Improved the redirect logic for 401
authentication failures
