The testcase configuration files order in testcases.txt changed since https://github.com/apache/dubbo/actions/runs/20836705809 due to the operation system version was upgraded from 20251216.185.1 to 20260105.207.1 <img width="1750" height="765" alt="086b8ee75b9eba3ed42651919a6f2a3c" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6a1c5809-b4a7-4ef6-a03d-9f8aa3a72fc4"; /> dubbo-samples-nacos-merge begin to fail at jdk11/jdk21 since then, <img width="1533" height="691" alt="4e6cf9d7f5925199c45a329fe1acc214" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e4c91066-3596-4c25-8370-ba5f1f480cda"; /> the cause might be there are other samples which were previously executed after dubbo-samples-nacos-merge are now being run ahead of it, these samples have same service names, e.g, ```nacos```, ```nacos-mysql```, and they don't clean environment after running. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
