Update: ICLA Confirmed
My Apache ICLA has been filed and confirmed by the Apache Secretary (Feb 5,
2026), so this PR can now be merged once reviewed.
Additional Testing
I've continued testing the build process and can confirm:
- Frontend builds successfully with documented steps
- Backend builds and embeds frontend correctly
- Dev server runs at http://localhost:8881/admin
- All Windows-specific issues documented and resolved
