windows 10 * Java version: 1.8 ### Steps to reproduce this issue 1. start provider with properties config: ``` spring.application.name=demo dubbo.application.register-mode=instance dubbo.protocol.name=tri dubbo.protocol.port=10002 dubbo.registry.address=zookeeper://127.0.0.1:2181 dubbo.config-center.check=false ``` 2. start consumer with properties config: ``` spring.application.name=demo-2 dubbo.application.service-discovery.migration=FORCE_APPLICATION dubbo.registry.address=zookeeper://127.0.0.1:2181 dubbo.consumer.timeout=5000 dubbo.consumer.retries=0 dubbo.config-center.check=false ``` 3. do request from consumer. ### Expected Result What do you expected from the above steps？ It can call the provider successfully. ### Actual Result What actually happens? got exception: ``` No provider available from registry 127.0.0.1:2181 for service com.iflytek.touying.api.service.DeviceService on consumer 172.20.160.1 use dubbo version 3.0.2-SNAPSHOT,
