## What is the purpose of the change? This change improves the routing mechanism in Dubbo by ensuring that configuration values dynamically pushed from external sources (such as a configuration center) are properly applied during routing. By merging the overrideDirectoryUrl with the consumerUrl, routing decisions can now consider real-time updates (like tags or version rules) without requiring developers to manually pass those values through RpcContext.
