This file should allow the doap_Geode.rdf to be scrapable from https://geode.apache.org/doap_Geode.rdf without causing a 404 not found issue anymore. Took this from the old files prior to merging the docusaurus files. ` <download-page rdf:resource="https://geode.apache.org/releases/"; />` The only question I have is this is no longer a website link we're providing anymore.
