In the latest upgrade documentation in the section _Upgrading from Grails 6
to Grails 7.0_, the version numbers in the headings for Spring and Spring Boot
are mixed-up.

### Should be
8. Spring 6.2.x:
[...]
9. Spring Boot 3.5.x:
[...]
