## Description Retire the five GCP Cloud Run Forge deploy workflows on `7.0.x` and point the release process at AWS Elastic Beanstalk. - Delete `forge-deploy-release.yml`, `snapshot`, `next`, `prev`, and `prev-snapshot`. - `RELEASE.md`, `release.yml`, and `release-close.yml` now dispatch `forge-deploy-aws.yml` (branch + slot). Historical tags still cannot run that workflow. - Forge README uses `latest.grails.org` / `snapshot.grails.org` instead of Cloud Run `a.run.app` URLs. - Runbook and infrastructure README state that public DNS already points at the ALB. `start.grails.org` is unchanged. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
