Hibernate's own generator-creation path supplies the target table to derive an implicit sequence name; the Grails-specific path that constructs GrailsSequenceStyleGenerator directly did not. The table name is now supplied the same way, guarded so it is only resolved when actually needed (an explicit sequence name skips it entirely). Adds regression coverage for the implicit-naming case in SequenceGeneratorsSpec and Issue16349Spec (confirming the dirty-checking fix already covers the sequence generator too), and fixes two existing GrailsSequenceStyleGeneratorSpec unit tests whose mocked GeneratorCreationContext did not stub getRootClass(). Verified against the pre-fix code to confirm the new tests catch the regression before the fix was restored. Documents the fix as upgrade note 71 in upgrading80x.adoc.
