SiteMesh now exposes it as @ConditionalOnSiteMeshIntegration and uses it for its own auto-configurations, so gate Sitemesh3GrailsPlugin with it and remove the copy: the plugin and the starter share one implementation. The existing Sitemesh3AutoConfigurationSpec cases for each sitemesh.integration value pass unchanged.
