A subclass that overrides one of the three-argument overloads, which were the canonical, non-deprecated signatures until this change, would then be silently bypassed. Dispatch now goes through the deprecated three-argument overloads, each of which forwards to its two-argument counterpart, so an override of either arity keeps intercepting events until the deprecated overloads are removed. ZERO_PARAMS was a public constant; it is restored as deprecated rather than removed in a minor release. The deprecations now use the repository's @Deprecated(since, forRemoval) form. Adds dispatch tests for subclasses overriding either arity, including a veto from a three-argument override.
