## Summary The 8.0.x-only part of #16475. #16476 fixes the publisher and the references that are on 7.0.x as well. This PR fixes two kinds of reference that only exist on 8.0.x. ## Changes - **What's New:** the links to the GrailsCompileStatic, Functional Testing, Ahead-of-Time Processing, Ahead-of-Time Caching and Customizing the Application Class sections used `xref:<directory>/<section>[...]`. That renders as `href="#testing/functionalTesting"`, which exists on no page. They now use `<<section,...>>`. - **Plugins:** `<<Ship plugin commands as a companion -cli artifact>>` was a natural cross reference. It can't match the section title, because the title contains markup (`` `-cli` ``). The section now has the anchor `pluginCliArtifact`, and the reference uses it. The What's New links now work in `single.html`. On the chapter pages they point at other chapters, so they work there once #16476 is merged up. The Plugins link stays within its chapter, so it works everywhere already. ## Testing - I built the guide with these changes and the 7.0.x publisher change merged in. A scan of every relative link in the chapter pages and in `single.html` finds none broken. - In a trial merge of #16476 into this branch, all 52 `grails-docs-core` tests pass.
