App-facing agent skills are published for applications to consume. `grails-developer` (`org.apache.grails.skills:grails-developer`) covers controllers, services, GORM, views, plugins, and Spock/Geb testing. `grails-8-upgrade` covers upgrading from Grails 7. The jars use the SkillsJars layout, the Grails BOM manages them, and the user guide documents `./gradlew extractSkillsJars`.
