@jdaugherty Second pass addressed on 01b4014049: - 173e94f9b8: `withFormat` and `response.mimeTypes` fall back to the Accept header as on 8.0.x, and the last two paragraphs of section 8 are gone. - b355586f58: application `JsonRenderer`/`DefaultJsonRenderer` and `XmlRenderer` beans follow the settings. - a4a5f1c45a: a `ProblemDetail` can carry any status code, and section 6 has the missing sentence. - 4efb6473e8: the binding notice is logged once, and the `JsonSlurper` injection point is back. - ac485a7092: the XML deprecations name Grails 11, and the remaining XML pages are updated. - eb2e6d63cc: single-pass `Iterable` fix and the section 3 wording. Minor items: - 7af31bfd0a asserts three warnings: the `respond()` legacy warning (once per registry), the missing MVC converters warning, and the `XML.render` warning.
