Moved to **Languages & Frameworks ▸ Grails** as suggested:
`groupId="language"`, `displayName="Grails"`,
`nonDefaultProject="true"`, no parent. `GrailsPluginConfigurable` is
deleted, so there is no empty
parent page and no `parentId`; the custom-folders page *is* the Grails page,
which is the option you
preferred. `getDisplayName()` matches the registered display name.
