Head commit for run: c4803120b2747012ee9e2b773cbe40deb2ae2822 / James Daugherty <[email protected]> test: cover trait default values and proxy serialization in the groovy-proxy apps Add the scenario from #16600 to the grails-hibernate-groovy-proxy functional application of each Hibernate module: an Auditable trait whose properties declare default values, a Book domain class that implements it, and a Loan with a lazy many-to-one to Book. TraitDefaultValuesProxySpec boots the application and shows that load() returns a usable proxy, that the association loads through its proxy, and that an uninitialized proxy, alone or inside a Loan graph, survives Java serialization and still answers its identifier without loading. Without the Groovy-aware proxy class the first two fail with "Unable to generate proxy for Book"; without the Groovy-aware serialized form the last two fail on reading the proxy back, with the same failure on Hibernate 5 and an IllegalStateException on Hibernate 7. The application enables lazy loading outside transactions so a deserialized proxy loads through the SessionFactory it came from, and gets the Tomcat starter so @Integration can boot its web profile.
