Merges `8.1.x` into `9.0.x`, which brings #16667 (#16664 from 7.2.x, by way of #16666) to this line. The merge has no conflicts. All three copies of `FileSystemInteractionImplSpec`, including the `grails-core/src/test-cli` one, now expect `projectPath` to use the platform's separator. That clears the `files that do not exist yet are resolved like existing ones` failure that every Windows build of 9.0.x, and of each PR based on it, has had since the 7.2.x merge. `RunningApplicationProcessSpec` is unchanged here, because 9.0.x already has 8.0.x's fix for the same Windows race. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
