   The three failures on 2dbb3b9910:

   - **Windows JDK 25 shard 1**: 18 features of `SystemEnvironmentConfigSpec`,
every one that installs a variable, answered `from-yml`. The spec is
byte-identical to #16130, where the same shard passes on the same JDK
(25.0.5+11). The difference is Groovy 6: the spec's `BothEnvironments` wrapper
declared `@Delegate final Map primary` and an explicit `put(String, String)`
that also wrote the second map, and `javap` of the class compiled on this
branch shows the `@Delegate`-generated `put` in place of the override, so on
Windows the variable reached only the case-insensitive map
`System.getenv(String)` reads and never the map `System.getenv()` views, which
is what the config snapshots. The Groovy 5 class on 8.1.x has the override.
de16f1f579 on #16130 replaces the wrapper with
`installVariable`/`removeVariable` helpers that write each map in turn, and
7267ab2dce brings it here.
   - **Functional Tests (Java 25, indy=false, shard 1)**:
`UndertowOversizedUploadSpec` failed with `HTTP/1.1 header parser received no
bytes`, the container closing the connection before the client read the
response to an oversized upload. Nothing on this branch is on that path; the
upload limit is bound by Spring Boot, not read through `getProperty`.
   - **Spring Security Config Functional Tests (basic)**: the runner's `curl
https://api.ipify.org` in the "Output Agent IP" step exited 56 before the
checkout.

   The push reruns all three.
