@jamesfredley re review 5639950802: both items are fixed on head a50ddf396b. Only the controller attribute the framework sets counts as the URL mapping having run, never a parameter, so `/password/reset/k9fQ2x?controller=x` before mapping records `GET /?/?/?` (covered in the attribution spec). A mapped value glued to static text is cut out of its segment, so `/reset/k9fQ2x_confirm` with `token=k9fQ2x` records `GET /reset/?_confirm`; values of three or more characters are cut wherever they appear, shorter ones only where no letter or digit continues them.
