Done in the Hibernate 7 module (`grails-data-hibernate7`, Grails 8.0 and later): `HibernateCriteriaBuilder` and `HibernateQuery` build their queries with the JPA `CriteriaBuilder`. The Hibernate 5 module keeps the legacy Criteria API; it stays available through Grails 10.
