Merge a held list from a source element by element, as before

A list of maps written by indexed keys is held in the nested map that
owns it, so the source that a YAML file loads into, app: [rows[0]: ...,
rows: [...]], now carried that list. Merging the source into the
configuration then replaced the list below it, where 7.0.x wrote it
element by element through rows[0] and on: with application-dev.yml
holding rows: [{name: dev}] over application.yml holding two rows,
navigate('app', 'rows') gave [[name: dev]] in place of the
[[name: dev], [name: second]] it gave on 7.0.x, and again after
refresh().

A held list is now a list of its own type, which the merge of a nested
map skips, since the entries beside it write it element by element, as
they did on 7.0.x. A list of values, such as tags beside tags[0], and a
list merged as a value are merged as a whole, as before.
