Follow-up is `4d3cf237b7`. The Nexus password variable is `GRAILS_NEXUS_PASSWORD`. The announce recipient is hardcoded, and an empty `previous_version` comes from the nearest prior tag. `dist/dev` SVN steps are skipped when ATR is enabled, and verification can take that candidate directory explicitly. The signing-key text matches `KEYS`, and `AGENTS.md` documents the tooling-actions hash exception. The stage-deployer promotion permission is still unverified.
