## Summary - The Spring Security guide on 7.0.x now names `grails.plugin.springsecurity.rejectRequestsDuringStartup`. - The default is `true`: a request that arrives before the application has started, including a static resource, gets 503. - Set the property to `false` to allow those requests. This follows the review note on #16791.
