None of them exist here, so every include rendered as an unresolved directive in Getting Started, Other Notes, Data Fetchers, GORM Properties and Type Conversion. Point the includes at grails-test-examples/graphql and grails-data-graphql/core, and declare those sources as inputs of the asciidoctor task so a change to an example re-renders the manual.
