Fixed in e9e562667f: `withPopulatedQuery` now reads `effective.alias` for
both the alias check and the `session.createQuery(...)` argument, so an alias
set by a deferred closure reaches alias-aware backends.
`DetachedCriteriaCloneSpec` covers the materialized copy.
