[~paulk] Here is a sample of my intent for {{ArrayGroovyMethods}}. A few of
the variants like {{each}}, {{eachWithIndex}}, etc. have been moved. In the
end, I would expect all array-as-self-type extensions from
{{DefaultGroovyMethods}} are migrated to {{ArrayGroovyMethods}}. Then you have
a one-stop shop for array stuff. Thoughts?
