The arrows can maybe be prolonged with by using more arrow line elements.. ->
can be --> or ---> and plantuml is maybe displaying the in different lengths...
in the end it depends on the layout manager if it does respect that or not.
The original can maybe also fixed by installing graphviz/dot on the container
running the conversion. Something like

if it would be docker...
