Description: This is similar to GROOVY-12055 but in this case, the change
affects users not with locale tr_TR. It is a breaking change for JavaBean edge
cases like getURL. The behavior now follows the same JavaBean rules as used
elsewhere. Having said that, we know of no users affected by making this
