Hardens `GroovyLanguageServerTest` against a flaky `ConcurrentModificationException` when iterating `publishedParams` while a late `recompile` appends. Root cause is in the test client list (synchronized `ArrayList` + Groovy spread iterator), not production publish (already snapshot under `publishLock`).
