After some troubleshooting, it looks like the custom monitors added are placed under the folder "/opt/hertzbeat/define" for the deployment "hertzbeat" but there is no persistent configured for the manager rather only for DB's and hence when ever there is a re-deployment we will have an issue of loosing all the configuration.
