This issue should be consistent with the one mentioned at the end of #3757. I spent a long time trying to reproduce this issue, but I never managed to do so. As a result, it has been put on hold. Until you raised this question, I believed these two issues could be handled together. I revisited the relevant logic and expanded the scope of investigation. I can now confirm that I have successfully reproduced this issue in my local environment. However, this issue is quite challenging to resolve.
